Graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. His professional experience so far derives from internships with institutions such as the General Counsel to the Republic of Poland. He also provided legal advice free-of-charge in the Students’ Legal Assistance Centre at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and as a volunteer in the Academia Iuris Foundation. He completed a course in US law at the Center for American Law Studies organised by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida.
Wiktor Danielak specialises in bankruptcy and restructuring law and civil proceedings, in particular, court representation in proceedings concerning managers’ personal and financial liability for not filing a bankruptcy petition in due time.
He is fluent in English.
